How Our Company Works
We operate with a driver-first approach, focusing on transparency, flexibility, and efficiency at every stage of the process.
We source freight based on each driver’s preferences and always confirm the rate with the driver before presenting that option to brokers who offer loads through our network.
Drivers can receive load offers in multiple ways:

Drivers can receive load offers in multiple ways:
- Through direct phone calls from our dispatch team
- Via text messages sent to their mobile phones
- By submitting their own desired rate for a specific load directly through our proprietary mobile app
Bid sending
Once the driver confirms interest and pricing, our team begins negotiations with the broker. We send them a bid that includes all the information about your vehicle - dimensions, maximum payload, miles to pickup
Communitacion with brokers or customers
If the load is successfully secured, we immediately send the driver all required load details so they can proceed to pickup without delay.
At the Pick up location
Driver will be loaded by shipper, then driver need secure the freight, and after that sends he will need to provide a photos of the load along with the Bill of Lading (BOL). Our dispatch team will check everything and will provide a green light for a driver to proceed to delivery.
At the Delivery location
Driver arrives at the delivery location at the scheduled time provided by the dispatcher, unloads the freight, and submits photos of the unloaded load along with the Proof of Delivery (POD). Our dispatch team will check everything and will provide a green light for a driver to proceed to delivery.
Payment terms
Once these steps are completed, the load is considered successfully delivered. Drivers are paid weekly every Friday, with an optional Quick Pay available for a small fee, allowing funds to be received as early as the next business day.
